Markus Hempel

Markus Hempel holds degrees in Economics, Business Administration with specialization in information systems, International Trade and Finance. He gained work experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Paris where he was engaged in various client projects as a Systems & Process Assurance consultant in France, Germany, Belgium and Switzerland. He later started his own business ASPECT International and has worked on business development and internal control projects with German, French and Chinese clients.

Markus Hempel is also the author of a book on the legal liability of Management and the implications of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Markus is a multilingual individual and fluent in German, English and French.

Mark Jeffs

Mark is an independent project consultant who "went solo" after a 20+ year career with a large blue chip retail bank. His area of expertise is Internal Audit and Quality Assurance, predominately gained in large project and IT development functions. He lives in Cheshire with his wife and his two teenage daughters. He enjoys running and has been known to run the occasional marathon.

Roman Novotny

Roman is an experienced Project Consultant specialized in Business Process Improvement, Internal Audit, Quality Assurance, Migrations of finance functions/jobs to Shared Service Centres, System Securities (SAP) and Business Finance Management. Roman has gained his 14 years of working experience as employee of Kimberly Clark (5.5 years – Finance Manager), and independent consultant on various projects for Shell Oil (UK, Poland, Denmark), IATA (Switzerland), Danka France (France), Tyco (Czech Republic) and others.

Roman is another multilingual individual of our team. He is fluent in Czech, English and with advanced level in Slovakian and Polish languages.

Guido Ferrari

Guido is based in Milan and he has been involved in various consulting projects in the areas of business and finance transformations within clients such as Intermec (Unova), Shell, Hillenbrand (Hill-Rom), Tyco Fire and Security, Paxar and Collitex. He has a natural interest in business Process Mapping, designing and re-engineering and Risk Management.

Guido is fluent in Italian, French, English and Spanish.
