Our pay-for-performance compensation model is based on an employee’s direct contribution to clients.

With our registered office in London and consultants across Europe, Middle East and Asia, we provide our clients with business consulting solutions as outlined in our Global solutions section.

All of our services are delivered following the "Performance Based Fee Structure" enabling our clients to pay our fees in two fractions:

  • A minimum daily or hourly rate (40% less than our competitors) agreed with the client upfront and it is payable during intermediate stages of the project.
  • A final lump sum payable once the objectives of the business case are achieved through our project management capabilities.

This radical change helps the cash-flow of our clients, injects more flexibility in directing the projects and guarantees the delivery of the business case with a reduced risk factor.

Our Professionals are fully qualified and trained to plan, design, deploy and deliver large scale transformation projects. We always establish a reliable Project Management Platform to eliminate inefficiencies within the controlling process. By identifying and addressing a list of project risks as part of a project management system, we eliminate many surprises and roadblocks. We also focus on Stakeholder Engagement activities before even designing or rolling out a project. This is a key component of our project delivery framework.

All of our Project Professionals are registered practitioners in one or two Project Management certifications as outlined below:

They have applied these methodologies and frameworks within different industries and companies.

Our Account Management Team

Farhad Nikkhah

Farhad, based in North London, brings on board almost 20 years solid operational and business change experience gained across a number of industries, most recently at Royal Dutch Shell, Centrica, Lloyds TSB and GSK, working on significant IT-enabled business change programmes.

Markus Hempel

Markus Hempel holds degrees in Economics, Business Administration with specialization in information systems, and International Trade and Finance that he obtained during his studies at universities in Germany, France and the US.

Mark Jeffs

Mark's area of expertise is Internal Audit and Quality Assurance, predominately gained in large project and IT development functions.

Roman Novotny

Roman is an experienced Project Consultant specialising in Business Process Improvement, Internal Audit, Quality Assurance, Migrations of finance functions/jobs to Shared Service Centres, System Securities (SAP) and Business Finance Management.

Guido Ferrari

Guido is based in Milan and he has been involved in various consulting projects in the areas of business and finance transformations within clients such as Intermec (Unova), Shell, Hillenbrand (Hill-Rom), Tyco Fire and Security, Paxar and Collitex.
